She lives and works in Melbourne as both a GP and a medical educator, where she's fortunate to combine her love of caring for people with a passion for teaching. In addition to her clinical and educational roles, she created Cockatoo Publications as a platform to share her love of books and reading with others. Her journey with books hasn’t always been easy—growing up, she struggled with reading and writing. Janet has a passion for sharing meaningful stories and inspiring a sense of wonder in the world around us.
